Terms of service
Welcome to Tabwave.
We've written these Terms in plain English to make them easier to understand. They explain your rights and responsibilities when using Tabwave.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tabwave browser extension, website, and any related services (collectively, "Tabwave"). By installing and using Tabwave, you acknowledge that you've read and agree to these Terms.
License to Use Tabwave
Tabwave is designed to help you create a calmer, more intentional workspace inside your browser.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Tabwave for your personal use.
To help protect the product and its users, you agree not to:
a) Use Tabwave for any unlawful purpose.
b) Circumvent or interfere with licensing or security mechanisms.
c) Modify, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make Tabwave available to others without permission.
d) Interfere with the normal operation of the extension, website, or related services.
e) Use Tabwave in any way that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
This license gives you permission to use Tabwave, but it does not transfer ownership of the software or any of its intellectual property.
Free & Pro Features
Tabwave includes both free and paid features.
Purchasing Tabwave Pro license grants access to additional features for the duration of your license period.
Unless otherwise stated:
Pro licenses are intended for individual use.
Licenses may not be shared or transferred.
Access to Pro features will end when the license period expires unless it is renewed.
Privacy & Your Data
Most of your data is stored locally in your browser. Because of that, uninstalling the extension, clearing browser storage, or using a different browser profile may permanently remove your information.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how Tabwave handles data and permissions.
Updates & Availability
We're continually improving Tabwave.
From time to time, we may add new features, improve existing ones, or remove features that no longer fit the product.
While we aim to keep Tabwave available and reliable, we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility across every browser version and device.
Feedback
We welcome suggestions, feature requests, and feedback.
If you choose to send us feedback, you agree that we may use, modify, implement, or incorporate your suggestions into Tabwave without restriction or compensation.
This helps us continue improving the product for everyone.
Intellectual Property
Tabwave, including its software, website, branding, logos, illustrations, graphics, designs, and other original content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any part of Tabwave without prior written permission.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of Tabwave or any of its intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the product as described in these Terms.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Tabwave is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to provide a reliable experience, we can't guarantee that the product will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tabwave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the product.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When significant changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last updated date.
Your continued use of Tabwave after those changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
